Hi,
I came in US In May 2001 on H1 with company A and was here untill November 2001 (6 months). Then I left India and my H1 expired in Nov 2003. So I used my H1B just for 6 months.
Now I am again in US on L1B (for past 18 months) and want to apply for H1 again. I have heard that If you had an H1-B petition from the earlier company and have not completed the full six years of your stay in US then you can apply for H1 B which does not come under the quota of the year.
Would it be applicable in my case here ?
