Hello, my friend is a nurse and she just told me that her f-1 visa had expired in 2004, she graduated and started working as an RN but she never renewed, now she would like to apply for a new job, but her hands are tied.. is thtere anyway she can go about getting a visa/ green card evn though she expired?

she should get her potential emplyers to file either an H1b visa or Schedule A green card for her since she is an RN, provided she is not out of status

Even potential employer sponser her, USCIS is not going to issue any H1 if she is out of status more than a month after F1.
