Expired Conditional Permanent Resident (CPR) status

Dear Sir,
I came to US as a student in 1980 & became a US citizen (through naturalization) in 1993. I married overseas in 1997, sponsored my wife, and she immigrated to the US in 1998 and received Conditional Permanent Resident (CPR) status. Our first child was born in 1999 in US. Later that year we moved overseas to care for my sick parent. We never filed for Conditional Permanent Resident (CPR) status removal. In 2000 we had our second child overseas who immediately acquired US passport because of my US citizenship. Now in 2009 we are planning to relocate to the US. What do I need to do in order to reactivate my wife’s expired CPR.
Thank you all.
