I am a US born citizen. I met my wife while she was here on a B2 visitor visa. We got married after her B2 visa expired (she stayed in the states past her expiration). We are filling out the I130-A, I130, I485, and then the I765 and my question is on the I765 specifically. I am confused as to which “eligibility category” she would fall under?
