Experts pls advise - 485 Approved - Then Biometrics -

Hi,

My 485 filed under EB3-INDIA in June 2003 with priority date of july 2001 was approved in second week of may and recd. a hard copy of approval notice couple of weeks later and also a letter for Biometrics Code 2 appointment. Got the biometrics done, but after the biometrics the online message which used to show "Application approved" now shows the old message "case transferred to TSC for review" :confused: ..Any expert advise or comments.

My son had the same issue and the same message after his biometrics was done. This is a standard message after the biometrics. Nothing to worry.
Once the biometrics data is uploaded, you will receive the card. For my son, it took 6 months after his 485 approval and biometrics.

Thats correct nothing to worry, it might take upto a week to month after bio give, it all depends on luck. Keep up the *muskan*
