My Wifes EAD is now approved. Can she start working on anything she wants..

Can she join a business as a partner or Can she start her own business ?

FYI.. I am still on H1

she can do whatever she wants / own ./ partner/fulltime/partime anything is fine in EAD for the dependent.

I am assuming that you are a primary applicant. In this case your spouse can legally work for any employer on her EAD. She can also work as self-employed or start her own busness:

That's right she can work anywhere she wants. Just make sure you renew the EAD on a timely manner next year ( if you GC has not come by then ). Renewals can take longer than expected sometimes.
