I am on H1B of Company A (I140 Approved and I485 Pending, NO EAD), I have a future based GC from Company B (I140 approved I485 Pending, EAD Approved) Now I want to join company C and use AC21 on Company A’s 485 while keeping the option of Company B’s future based GC open as well. Can I join Company C and use AC21 on Company A’s 485 with EAD from Company B?
