I am a Canadian Citizen and working on TN-1 visa, before that I was working for the same employer on H1b as at that time I was not a Canadian Citizen. Now I have applied for a fresh H1B with the same employer almost 4 1/2 months back. In the mean time my I-140 got approved.
Checked with AVM and came to know that they have requested further information from my employer. I was wondering does my I-140 approval can cause any problem in my H1b visa as my TN-1 is going to expire, if not what else could be reason for the delay.
