Experimental Perm

I have heard some cases are now being considered on Experimental bases as Perm Cases.

Do anyone know what is the procedure for that, is this something what Candidate/Company needs to take an inititive or it all mater of luck & INS will pick and choose on there own?


Ref: Someone got LC approved under this in 10 months from TX. Donot ask any questions , I donot have any more info on this.

PERM or RIR

So I am ready to start my labor cert. Do I wait till PERM is implemented or do I start my RIR? I am hearing it may be very difficult to get an approved labor cert. under PERM even though I have 10 years IT experience in the specific field I am applying for.
Advice?

No one knows how wil it look like after implementation. I woudl suggest apply now. If it looks good/promising go thru PERM as well.

I have been hearing about PERM for last 3-4 years now - looks it will be implemented soon after recent activities - but still I will not wait for PERM.
