Experience with I-130 and I-129F

For those who already became US citizens, Anybody has an experience with I-130 and I-129F in order to bring your wife over to the US. I've just filed I-130 for my wife and would like to get some serious advice from our friends in this forum. I looked at the K1 K3 forum but that one lives in a total inactivity . Thanks in advance.

I did an I-130 for a parent. (Petition was approved and is currently being processed by NVC).

I was looking for information on I130 and I129F, and was directed to

This site explains that there are 2 options for spouse of US citizen
a) Immigrant Visa (I130 has to be approved) , and
b) K3 Visa (I130 receipt notice enough)

The second option looks faster, but one has to file for "Adjustment of Status" for getting green card after the spouse arrives in USA. Even for applying this, the I130 approval is not needed.
