I don't mind waiting for 60 days. But I don't believe BCIS
will process my case in 60 days, because they lied to me
so many times about this. Each time they told me the same
thing but nothing happened.

Clueless, don't worry, in Oct, you can write a letter to VSC director complaining about the wait, they will expedite your process. I have seen a case like this on this board.
But I'm sure you'll get approved before Oct. VSC is starting to work this week again!
I'm curious to know why your case hasn't been assigned. That's so strange. Maybe after you did your second FP, they didn't assign your case back to an officer. When was your second FP. June 14?

officer open case ---> FP expired, send second FP notice
----> FP notice received ----> case at distribution officer
----> distribution officer assign case to officer
----> officer picks up case and adjudicates
That could be the work flow. Right now your case is not assigned
congressman asks your case to be assigned(but won't be expedited), so it takes another 60 days at most for your case
to be picked and adjudicates.
That's why we saw 2nd FP always get approved 1 month later.
could be waiting at distribution office for 1 month + before go back to officer.

Congressman Markey
A good friend of mine had trouble before. Sorry I have to
keep friend's secret - please don't ask me what that was
for.
He finally contacted Markey about his pain. Surprisingly,
he got and support. He thought Markey should the role model
of all government leaders.

what does "got and support" mean? I just want to know if his immigration service is useful.
How about your congressman Bill? Is he nice? The office is very fast in processing your request. You just talked to them yesterday right? How come they already got answer back today.

Markey offered his best to support my friend's difficult situation.
That didn't work because he did not have enough power.
The K's have power (you know who K is from my previous posts).
However, they didn't want to help.
Bill's office was kind. His staff talked to the BCIS this morning.
They were real responsive and nice.
