Experience Letters!!!

hi

the requirement for my PERM case is masters + 2 yrs exp. i do have masters and 2.2 yrs of relevant experience. ( and total 4 yrs exp). I have obtained the experience letter for that 2.2 yrs of relevant experience too. But, Section K in ETA 9089 asks to list all the jobs in past 3 yrs. And I have listed non relevant jobs too since i held them in past 3 yrs...Would i need to provide experience letters for them too because i am afraid i might not be able to provide them

Hi gurus,

When my labor was filed in January 2003. I made a big mistake (Since my lawyer is completely incompetent, he did not ask me for advise me on anything). In detailing my experience I put the client name instead of my original consulting company.

Now my labor was approved on September 17th.

For filing I-140, I plan to get letters and affadavits from my co-workers stating that I worked for the consulting company and was employed at the client site doing the services mentioned in the ETA-750.

Will that be suffcient ?

Please advise
 
You're fine. LC only has degrees, skills and experience requirements and not where you earned experience. I don't see any problem in your case.
