experience letters

Hi
I got my Eb2 labor approved BS + 5 years exp for a Syst Admin position.I have around 6 exp but one of the experience letter I have ,the position is Technical analyst eventhough I worked there as a system Admin for 2 yrs.I asked them for another exp certificate explaining my job duties but they denied saying that it is against company policy.Is it ok if I apply with the technical analyst experience certificate.Do you think I will have any RFEs??
 
designation or postion does not matter... when ur labor must have been applied there will be certain skills-set defined and number of yrs of exp in those skills must have been defined in your labor application.

As long you are able to prove you have expeirence in those skills set's you are good to go...

The experience certificate only says xxx has worked here from xxx to xxx as a technical Analyst.It doesn't list my job duties or skills and I need to include this experience to show 5 years experience.

You can ur ex-employer to put ur skill-sets details or you can ask you previous colleague to ceritfy you experience
