Hello,

I have just applied for G.C through PERM and awaiting Labor Certification. Meanwhile, I am getting the Experience Letters from my past employers.
I have worked in two companies before the current one.

1)

My Experience Letter from my previous employer, XYZ, India.

It just states that
“This is to certify that ABC has worked with us as a Senior Consultant from April 01, 1999 to October 23, 2002.
He has resigned on his own accord and has been relieved effective October 23, 2003.
We wish him the very best in his future endeavors.

Regards,
HR Manager”

Could you please confirm if this kind of Experience Letter is enough or do we need one enlisting my detailed job responsibilities as well, along with the above details?

2)

For my 2nd employment in India, I just have the appointment letter & relieving letter but no experience letter as above.

This was way back in 1998 but the duration is just ONE month: December 06, 1998 to January 06, 1999.

I am trying my best to get a proper experience letter for this one, but incase, I do not get it, would the appointment & resignation letters suffice?

Or as it is just a one month duration, would it be fine not to mention it at all if I do not get experience letter now?

Thank you!
