Has anyone requested expedition of asylum interview? What is the success rate? How about requesting the congressman or representative of the state? I have medical grounds for request. Please guide.
I think it depends on your medical situation. If it requires you to travel out of US and need immediate attention then something might happen. Also, right now they are focusing more on the old/cold cases so check the USCIS site to see which batch is currently being interview to get an idea on your interview date based on asylum office.
