Expedite EAD for parents any experience?

Hi! My sister (American citizen) filed AOS (i-485) for our parents this summer (2022) along with i-765 (EAD). Got biometrics done in September. We want to expedite aquiring EAD for them. Does anyone has any experience of expediting EAD for parents?

Thank you! But could you clarify, please? How can they have a job without EAD? Do you mean if they work for cash? Really confused.

No, I do not mean work for cash as in “work under the table” as that would be illegal. It however is possible to search for, apply for jobs and get a job offer without having an EAD - that is legally allowed. They just can’t start working until after they get the EAD or GC. With a job offer on hand, an expedited request can be made for the EAD.
