Hi,

My online message has been . "On December 12, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

I know These things have been asked earlier also but would appreciate if you can pass me the info

I'm assuming RFE will go to the lawyer. I'm AC21 case and currently have no lawyer. My old lawyer will send me documents whenever they'll get them. Now my questions are :
1. Can I respond to my RFE myself or it has to go thru a lawyer ?
2. Any letter/document for AC21?
3. Any particular format is there for EVL which I can use or look at that?

Hey I am also travelling in the same boat..My online msg changed on dec 12th for additional info...So far havent even heard from my attorney..Man this sucks..guys plzzzz share ur experiences...

Hey, Let your lawyer reply man. I don't think you should reply to the RFE and screw yourself!!! IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG...It is not going to cost you anything. If you don't have a lawyer get one and pay 500$ or even 1000$.
