Expected EB2 retrogession

Hi ,
Any idea, to which PD will EB2 will retrogress ?
Has there been any suggestions from any Attorney/State Dept to any probables dates of retrogression
When is the next update on visa scheduled ?
 
For god's sake, let us not speculate that eb2 will retrogress before Septemeber 30th. Next update will be between July 8th - July 14th.
 
shusterman.com is predicting EB2 regression for India and China in July. You can see it in the news ticker on the main page. He did not gave any date, how far it will regress to.
 
This is pretty unfair for the people who have their Labor pending in BRCs that people getting approved through PERM in EB2, get to file their 485 before them.

EB2 Retgoression will make this game fair.

I have seen a lot of posts on retrogression. I have no clue as to what it means. Can you please help me understand what retrogression is and what it means for EB2.
