Expected Approvals for 00 and 01

Stats show that ND 00 and 01 who recently got Bio code1 (within last 2 months) are getting approvals within 30-40 days after their Bio. We have seen a recent wave of approvals and if you look at their Bio code1 date, it is within 30 or little over 30 days. Most of them haven't been asked for any additional evidence either. I guess someone is really kicking their ass at NSC to get this thing over with.

Noman, Hope you are right my man. I had my code 1 10/14/05. My ND 2000 & had very similarity with your time line. Completed RFI March & code 2 July. And as I mentioned code 1 last month 14TH.
I'm just counting days now. Have been waiting for 5 yrs.
Seems like USCIS finally started treating us as human beings but not just some numbers.
Atique.

Friends: Do you know why we are delayed? I guess only 5% like us in 2000 has not got GC yet? Name checking? or unlucky?

Atique my man!!

Expect something by Nov 20th. You are the most optimist person on this board. Hope and positive attitude are the things which will get you through during this tough time. Keep it up. Your approval is on its way.

Cody my friend,

Like i said, expect something after 30 days of your Bio code1. Atique was right when he brought that article to our attention which reads " ONLY those who are in the pipeline to get appoved are getting Bio code1 requests". Now you are seeing the results yourself.

Norman:

Thank you very much. I will remember your help all my lifetime. Hope to see all of us to get GC after Bio1.

I did code1 on 10/05, so based on your conclusion I should get it next week. Hopefully.

My wife did it on the same date and already received approval, it's weird, I thought that they process families together. Any idea?

I called USCIS last Friday. While I was tring to reach clerk, automated system gave me different options. There was an option that if family applied for same benefit but not all got decision at the same time press "?". My point is you should call USCIS, if you applied together.

Moments away !!!

:) :) :)

In USCIS it varies from case to cases so none could exactly tell you a fixed date but trust me my friend you are just moments away from the good news.
Get ready to throw a big party. If you live near Dallas I'll stop by (ofcourse if you invite me).
Good luck.
Atique.
