Exchanging DL for Ontario DL

I know if somebody has driver from the United Stated for more than two years he can easy exchange it with Ontario DL without any problem.

Is there some somebody tries to exchange his country DL with Ontario DL without any problem just like if you had driver license from U.S.

I appreciate anybody feedback.
