Could anybody tell me what are the document requirement for exchanging US DL(Class 2) to Quebec ,Canada DL.Someone was telling that I need to show MTO office my proof of residence in Quebec and MTO office only consider Utility/Phone bill as proof of residence and they won't consider Apartment lease agreement.Is this true?My problem is to get my Utility bill I need to wait for atleast one month after moving to Montreal and before that I won't get auto insurance as most of the Monteal Insurance company don't count US DL or they quote very high premium
