Hi All,

My case details are as given below :

Type: EB2
Consulate; Chennai
Pocket 3 reached to NVC on March 15th, 2005.
Right now, here is the message when I called the NVC :

"Your case has been reached to NVC on March 15th, please allow us 6-8 days to review the case..."

1. If the case is reviewed successfully, When could be the interview date? (Need to make travel arrangements for other personal reasons too)

2. Will the pocket4 reach to my US address OR India addreess?

After So much waiting my EB1(OR)I-140 Approved on Feb 22nd 2005.I applied for CP.
Is Pocket 3 sent to lawyer by NVC after case created by NVC ? How long it will take?
I need to be little educated, I appreciate if you can explain What's going to be my next step.

I-140(OR) WAC03-100-xxxxx.

FIRST,do NOT give your full case number or any personal details, to maintain your privacy and security.If and when you read this, edit your above message and remove the last 4 or 5 digits in your above WAC number.

After the case file reaches NVC from CSC(anywhere from 10 days to even 150 days), NVC will generate a fee bill and send it to your lawyer.After such fee is mailed back,NVC will send your lawyer
"pAcket3".

Go to http://www.cptracker.com/ select EB2, Chennai Consulate and see the average time differences. You can look at the statistics/dates yourself - your guess is as good as anybody else's on this forum. While you are at it, add your entry there too

1)How do we know "NVC Recieved Date" after we get the I-140 approval notice?

Wait for about 10-15 days after your I-140 gets approved, then call NVC at 603-334-0700, punch in your I-140 Case Number and the automated system will tell you if your case file has been received and if so, it will tell you your NVC case number.If you dont hear your case number, keep calling the automated system once or twice a week.

Normally you would not know the "NVC Received Date" till it is entered into the system and NVC case number gets generated.

If everything falls into place properly and there are no delays anywhere,you can expect an interview date at about 6 months from the date NVC receives the case file from USCIS.
