I have been following this discussion for a while and with all the information and experiences streaming in, I am in a better position to handle the stress of the GC process
Can someone tell me the exact process and paperwork that would be required for AC21 ? The points that I need to know are as follows:
1. When do I invoke it ? After I change employers or when I am in the process.
2. Does my old company lawyer have to send all my paperwork to my new company lawyer ? Or can they refuse to share that information .. Paperwork includes my labor cert application and approval, I140 approval etc.
3. What if there is a RFE for the employment letter etc. ? Would the new employers letter suffice ?
4. What is the preferred template and who should send that out ? Is it the new company lawyer or should I get a lawyer on my own to ensure that it is setup correctly ?
