In 2007, my ex-wife filed for divorce. She was on student visa, I had Green Card. As part of divorce, she asked judge for no contact and an order of protection and I agreed without any trial or evidence. Two weeks later, she filed a false report of violation of Protection Order. I got arrested but case was dismissed when I told DA that it is all false and I was in my office at that time with witnesses

Later, I found out that this exercise of filing OP and my arrrest was to get documentation for green card through VAWA, which she also got.

Later, I became US Citizen, USCIS had my arrest record, I showed them my dimissal court records. No problems, no question asked

I am re-marrying and sponsoring someone from abroad. My question is that will this in any way effect the case of my new wife as my earlier wife got green card through VAWA

It should not. Note however that your second marriage will be scrutinized thoroughly so be prepared.

Best.
