Hi Vedatman,
I am in a similar situation. I complete my 180 days mid-May and I am planning to join the client directly after that. Then
1. Would Rapidigm cause me any problems in this case?
2. In case I am getting a lesser salary than what is stated in my 485 petition, would it be a problem?
3. Is it true that salary is determined by the category in which your labor was filed i.e. EB2-RIR, EB2, EB3, etc?
