Last night "Noticiero Univision" (Univison News) showed a report regarding this issue. Basically, they said the same that is in the Fact Sheet.

Also, the reporter called it "a law", and said that this law was aimed mainly to those asylees who go to the COP many times without a strong reason as a sick family member. And that this "law" is not new, just USCIS wants to remember it. (Personally, I do not think this is a law).

They said ex-asylees (now GC holders) returning from COP can be questioned at the port of entry (POE) and the resident status can be revoked. But did not mention anything about citizenship interview.

The news came from California, a "Consejera de Immigracion" (immigration counselor?) said that GC is not a warranty for ex-asylees that they will keep their status.

Finally, the reporter said: think twice before going back to COP.
