Evidence problem~~ please help!

At this moment, I want to apply for the GC, and my status has been expried already. Therefore, It is hard for me to have a joint account with my wife. Moreover, my wife and I just rent a small room without contract, so we are hard to show our address proof.

However, we have many photos and I have one credit card under her account. Are those enough for the evidence??

affidavits from friends and family. Insurance with you/wife as beneficiary, , phone acounts, property like car, make landlord give you lease for that small room, .
 
You can apply for your green card so long and provide that evidence only at the interview.
Once they receive your application you become legal again.
This will give you a few months to get things sorted out.

If, like me in Texas, you need a work permit to get a SSN and licence, then apply for that as well so you can get joint bank accounts and insurances etc.

I have more question about Affidavit of Support!
My wife is going to support me, but she just change from the part time job to full time job at the same company this month, June. Her new salary is over 20,000 per year, but her tax is dependent with her family last year. At this situation, she is qualified or not?
