Evidence of waiver completion

Hello gurus,

I was wondering what people's experiences have been regarding evidence required for waiver completion. I am referring mainly to the 3 year service requirement and not to NIW. Is a letter from an administrative secretary enough or do you need paystubs/W2 etc.?

Could you share your experiences?

After the latest court verdict against strict time frame there has been some change in this 3 year time frame ( of 5 years of waiver)
When USCIS had asked me for this evidence then my attorney had sent a letter on my employer's letterhead signed by my immediate boss,pay stubs,tax returns.Letter specifically mentioned about any interruption in service ( none) and intention to continue offering me the same job for next 3 years.
