Will this count as Evidence of Support?
1. I currently live and work in the US and earn $57,000 per year. I plan on getting a letter from HR stating how much I earn annually, how long I've been working there (2 1/2 yrs), and my title. I'm currently on an H-1B visa and my H-1B visa is in my passport should they wish to see it.
2. Pay stubs for the last 12 months.
3. Bank statements (last 12 months) showing $75,000 in savings. Yes, I have that much. I 've been saving to buy a condo and had some funds transferred from my UK account back when one pound = two US dollars. The transfer occured about 2 yrs ago.
4. The condo I'm buying in DC is under contract. I plan to take the contract OR if I close before I go, my house deed. Condo is worth $250,000.
5. Tax filings for last 2 years.
I believe this should be more than enough but there are conflicting stories/information on this site and the London Embassy is slow to respond to inqueries. It blows my mind how vague their instructions are in the 2nd NL.
Thanks in advance for your help!
