I have a question. I used to go to the court for home eviction because I didn't know I was renting a foreclosed house. So I have the court record for that. Will this affect anything during my finger print and family green card process? Also, will I have to disclose it anywhere on the forms?

It's not like you were convicted of burglary or something, is it? Doesn't sound like anything to worry about. It might be a nice ice-breaker in the conversation...
