Today I received 4 emails from USCIS indicating that my case was approved. No RFE or anything like that. However I changed company planning to use AC21 on Nov 15th. The old company's lawyers sent a note saying that they are no more respresenting my case and new company's lawyers sent their G28. Both of them did their job on Nov 10th.

Now when I got to get my passport stamped do I need to mention the fact I joined a new firm?

I am assuming that I should carry an employment letter from the new firm when I go for passport stamping - right?

Here are my details
I-140/I-485
RD-07/23/2003
ND-07/29/2003
I-140 AD - 04/xx/2004
I-485 AD - Today - 11/18/2004
LUD - 10/29/2004, 11/01/2004 and final one today. There was an update for my FP and i dont remember the exact date.

Last but not the least, this forum has been a great source of information for research and motivation. I must thank Mr. Khanna for maintaining such a wonderful forum. Special thanks to Ginnu and others who took time to answer many of my silly questions!

Congrats!!!

You don't need to mention about your new job while stamping and they won't ask you as well. But, you can always carry, in case.

Congrats. Your approval leads me to hope I could get approval soon too as your ND is close to mine. What the dat eof filing of your labor? Was it EB2 RIR? Did you do concurrent filing?

Mine lud dates changed on 10/27 & 10/28 but nothing after that so hoping for approval soon. Looks they take some action in 2-3 weeks .

yours got approved with Last LUD - 10/29/2004, 11/01/2004 so I am more hopeful.

Since MD_Rockville is ready to put money I am checking my mails more frequently.
