I saw an approval from NSC on rupnet

AD 01/24/2003 Waiting CHN-OH-EB3 Update 1/27/2003
Rfe was received by INS on 11/15/02

One of my friend got RFE from NSC so looks like they are moving,
CSC should wake up.

Will CSC ever get back to normal ?

TSC is the slowest but it was like that all the time.

Only wait with growing frustation.
