Hi Please evaluate how much chance I have with my case at CSC:
I got my Ph.D. last year and my materials include:
1. 6 recommendation letters, including 1 international and 1 from my ex boss
2. 8 publications, including 7 first author
3. 1 international award, 2 awards from my industry
4. Reviewer duty for a top journal in my field
5. 21 citations, including quite a few self citations
6. Member of ACS amd ACA, both need recommendations to join.
The company is pretty good, one of the best 100 companies to work for in the US, and the job is stable. And i am in the biotech/pharmaceutical field.
I have submitted I140 in early March and I485 in late March.
It seems now the criteria are more strict than before.
