Evaluate my eligibility using Automatic Revalidation

Can anyone please evaluate my eligibility to use AVR on my way back to the U.S?

I have expired H4 visa but have valid F1 status and I-797.
I'm going to Niagara Falls for my spring break. I'm gonna stay there for 2 days.

I also have the following documents:
valid I-20,
expired H4 visa
expired h4 I-94
valid I-797 with a new I-94 attached on it.

I'm not going to a 3rd country, I also do not have an appointment at the U.S Counsulate and I'm not a citizen from those 7 countries like Cuba, Syria etc.

I already have a Canadian Visa, I just wanna see the Canadian side of the Falls because I wasn't able to see it last year.

I'm going to fly to Toronto and cross Rainbow Bridge on my way back to the U.S.

Any further advice guys?

Thank you! I've spoken with 3 agents and they told me I can come back provided that I follow the rules. I also called the airport immigration, the officer was very rude and was testing me thinking that I don't know AVR. The officers in Niagara were very nice on the phone.
