Hi

My company just filed ETA 9035E with the department of labor on March 13 2007
They put as start tate 9/12/2007.
Will this be ok, should I tell them to put 10/01/2007?

Thanks

It should be 10/1 as there is no 9/12 start date possible.
I'd say your LC will be rejected if you put 10/1. There was a post a few weeks ago that someone filed LC for the start date more than 6 months ahead and he could not complete the filing.

Ohh. Should I ask them to re file it?
I read that you can have the LCA with a different date and since visas don't start until 10/1/2007 that would be the effective date. Except that the end day would be 9/12/2010 instead of october.

I just got the approved LCA and wanted to make sure everything is fine, can you post the link to that H1 that was rejected?

So LCA is independent of H1?

They are filing the I129 on April 2. I'm just worried about my LCA saying September 12, 2007.
Should I ask them to refile the LCA? or that would be fine
As i mentioned the ETA9035 was approved.

Thanks for your help
