ETA9035 and H1

Hi

I recently received and approved copy of ETA9035 LCA with dates 9/14/2007 - 9/13/2010 will this be okay for filing the H1 on April 2 or they have to do the LCA starting on April 1, in order to get a Oct1,07 starting date?
