ETA Form 9089 Section H.4 Education (urgent)

Hi every one,

This is really very urgent.

I was going through my PERM application (pdf file). I noticed that my attorney has selected Education option in ETA Form 9089 Section H.4 as NONE. It seems in the ads there was no education mentioned.

In section H.6 eexperience is given as 24 months.

Can any one say if there will be any issue with the perm applicaiton. I am not sure why my attorney prefrered to select education as NONE.

Also my 6th year H1B is ending in first week of march 2007. My PERM was filed last week of june 2006.

Not sure what to do now :(

I would appreciate if some one can give me some advice here.

Thanks for reply. I was just wondering what made them select education as NONE. Is there any reason for it? I have a US Equivalent of Bachelors degree. So why not select Bachelors as Education insted of NONE.


Also how can I say which place they have filed my perm. Is is meantioned any where in the pdf file.

Any more feedback about the education stuff.

Did any one got a PERM approved with education as NONE?

Education stuff is pretty much addressed by unitednations, your attorney could have gone with Bachelors EB3. Never mind good luck with your PERM

Actually I was looking for a bit more details about aducation stuff by some attorney.

Also I was looking for PERM case where education selected as NONE.
