ETA-750B Questions

hi Guys,

For those successfully got NIW or EA or OR aproved, which ETA750B form did you send in? I found that the ETA750B Form I obtained from immihelp.com is slightly different than what I got from the Department of Labor website. The former is a word document and is fillable; the latter is a PDF file and not fillable with computer. Also, the font is slightly larger in the form form immihelp.com.

What\'s you guys\' experience, did it matter ??? Also, did you attach any documents in the ETA750B Form ???

It is best to use the ETA 750B from the DOL website.

You would in any case be attaching a whole list of documents to your NIW petition (including experience letters).
