Estimate of H1-B visas cap being filled up.

Hi

As we all know, the applications for the year 2004 would start in April 2004. But I wanted you to give me an estimate as to when you think this quota might be filled up. I have heard all months from may to december 2004 and don't know whom to believe.

Who can really tell, but it may be as early as 3-5 months from 1 Oct.
