ESC System Still Down?

Hi everyone,
Is the ESC system for checking statuses seriously still down? I got selected for further processing but did not print the case number and bar-code thing immediately as I was travelling and now 12 days later I still haven't sent the forms yet. I'm frustrated and panicked that I might miss out on this opportunity, as it was mentioned that 100 000 ppl were notified for further processing but only 50 000 will eventually get the visas. What the hell???
Sorry this wasn't really a question but just a venting/outlet of frustration!

the barcode ain't important, ship the forms with your case number & you're good, I called them on monday & they told me it won't affect my case if i do not print the barcode

Hi,

I keep going to the DV Lottery Site but it keeps giving this message:

"We are experiencing technical difficulties at this time. "

Now, how do i check the status of my entry? I dont know if i have been selected or not as i cannot access the page.

Is there any other way to check if my entry was selected or not? Please help me out here.
