My wife just got her EAD card after graduation for her OPT and is starting work on the 19th but we noticed that her name is spelt wrong on the card.
All the other information is correct.
We found out that it take a long time to get this changed. Does anyone have any knowledge on the following
1) Can she start working with the card while the error is being corrected
2) The firm wants to apply for her H1 as soon as she starts > In that situation do they have to wait for the corrected card as her I 20 and the rest of the SEVIS stuff has the correct information
