EOS Delivery to Receipt

Hi all - Long time reader, first time poster. My company lawyer sent my EOS PP but the status with the courier service has been pending delivery for more than a week. I know part of all these applications is the waiting game, and perhaps the service center has some sort of pick up schedule with the courier center. But just wondering if I should raise an issue to have the attorney check on it, or be patient give it some more time. (Also, I recognize we had a long weekend and then the weather has not been the greatest up north). Any suggestions?
 
Is there some sort of deadline you are running up against? Your firm has filed, it will be handled. Why did you premium a TN renewal? There is rarely a need to do this.
 
Firm decided to PP with last batch of H1Bs so may have asked to do PP with this too. I would guess firm wanted to know decision sooner than later. I have a few months left to go but I did not really have input on their decision / discussions on the PP. That said, the attorney had suggested going to the border closer to deadline, but we are not close to a POE. In any case, will continue to wait patiently! It is out of my hands.
 
Even if your process is delayed past your expiry date, you donlt need to go to border, since you have a 240-day grace period after expiry while waiting for the process to play out. It obviously won't take that long, but even more reason to not even think about it.
