Our lawyer said they received an approval recently and the info pass app was not required, they just mailed the green card. Apparently that’s how it’s going to be moving forward (at least for now, who knows with this administration). However, we don’t know if it’s the same for people that had their last photo taken more than 3 years ago.
Previously, when they received the approval letter, they had to make an appointment for an InfoPass... is that still the same or is it different this year?

That’s what I thoughtNo, they don’t require more evidence or docs. Once the IJ has verbally granted it means they found the petitioner has all the requirements and is eligible.
