Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Guys I talked to my attorney he wants me to switch to i130 because she’s 21 years old old but my case is based on my son with medical issues do you think should I wait or just do it approval 12/16/2021
I am in the same situation. My I-130 is approved but the lawyer is asking for more money, on top of the USCIS fees. Additionally he is stating that it might be a risk with everything that’s going on right now. You will have to start a new case and they will look at every little detail with a possibility to not approve it.
Hopefully you will be part of those receiving their approval notice soon, since you had the verbal approval Dec. 21

My best friend won COR because of her daughter and she turned 21 last year. She switched the cases but it's been more than a year and nothing. she did get a letter saying she was approved or her case accept not sure but our lawyer told her the Judge has to cancel her COR case so she can get her green card. It's been more than a year and nothing happens. I would ask a second opinion. Seems like your turn is close but who knows nobody can say anything these days. hope it helps.
