I have same issue. My lawyer asking 15k. I am not going to file i130 because we are already on the edge. According to someone in our group said we need to go the court for withdraw 42b case and file i130.problem is we need to wait All together 3 years or more to get the GC.

I believe waiting for the EOIR42 decisions is the best option based on your situation. If something happens, then you still have a few more years to fight your case with the BIA after Judge decision. At that time your child will be 21, and then you can apply for an i130. I would say consult your case with multiple lawyers to get better understanding. May GOD solves your problems soon.
