Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Hi everyone. detained people that apply for 42b case and got approved or granted it counts on the 4000 focal year.!! And a lot of people that didn’t know they qualify for this and are applying now that is why me need to be patience now more than ever.
I would not put too much trust on AI do to it taking information from the internet and answering based on the top hits. Cancellation of removal involves 42a and 42b, it may be that I have never asked about cancellation of removal for someone who is already a LPR, but every lawyer that I have talked to has told me that the 4000 visas are for non LRPs. So this answer from AI is stating that the 4000 is for all CoR cases. just my 2 cents. Either way we cant do anything until our name is called so patiance and keeping busy is the best we can do.

Hi, my bf of 18 yrs is in ICE custody. I got.him an immigration lawyer. He came here from Mexico illegally 25 years ago. We have a child together, he speaks English, he supports the family. I am scared of.losing him. I want to apply for.COR . Our son has asthma, ADD, and gets extra help at school with his.work. im.hoping this will help.with extreme hardship . I have no.idea what to expect. I see people on here saying they have been waiting years. Does that mean my partner could be held in detention for YEARS while he awaits a decision? Im already struggling financially without him and I wanted to see if anyone has any advice or have been through something similar. He can't bond out at this time due to his illegal entry and I want him home so bad. I cant imagine him being locked.up for years. R these COR very rare to win? I need my man home with us and my.life is falling apart. What r his chances??? Anyone, help please.

Cases in detention are faster, but could still take months, yes they are extremely hard. Other than that it depends onn each individiual situation. Talk to multiple lawyers, but I wont lie, this is a very rough process for everyone.

Hi everyone do you think people that are not In this thread are receiving granted letter? Or no body received already? This is so silent in this forum and on the other one in fb as well
