I went back in this thread to see the average waiting times and to me it seemed around 3.6 years. Yes, fiscal year renewed in October, then shutdown might had an impact, so it truly seems that people wait longer than 4 years now. Just have to be patient.

Thanks for sharing ; now make sense why everyone is getting EAD for 5 years validity. May be more cancellation of removal cases approves by judges than allotted visa numbers or some else .

Guys, remember one thing; many people have applied for this process (42B), and this has caused the delay to increase. Remember that there are only 4,000 green cards per year, and when I received my verbal approval (05/22), the judge told me 3 years, and notice that our colleagues who received their green cards in the last fiscal year all had more than 3 years. It's difficult, but the reality is that nobody has answers for us, and I'm counting on 4 years and I hope it’s works.
