I will do when my daughter turns 21 and the 601A after, but it is really frustrating to do not have idea what is going to happen whit the 42b case that is orally approved and waiting in line for a visa and having two more kids and husband as qualifying relatives.

the 601a is not applicable for child based petitions, unless you have a legal entry, i believe. also if you have a pending order of deportation your family based petition can be accepted but denied until the OoD is terminated or resolved. I would ask different lawyers and be sure but try to stay away from grifters.

Tell your lawyer to ask opla to file a joint motion to accept and Adjudicate i485 with the immigration judge.

You file the i485 alongside the motion, only immigration judge have jurisdiction to Adjudicate, not USCIS ( you are still technically in removal)
