Hello all, after getting verbally granted for your 42B case during the individual hearing. Where (which specific website) are you guys checking your pending status?
Could you please share the link where I can check my status? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I checked my Automated Case Status by providing the A number and selecting a Country. And I am getting this "Case Information is unavailable" message. Does anyone know what this could mean, and if anyone else is receiving the same message? Please let me know.
Thank you.
(Verbal approval 10/22 Texas).

I just checked mine it’s working. Make sure enter the right A# Number and Country.

I talked to my lawyer and he said that in previos shutdowns they stop having courts for anyone that is not detained. That is not the case now, probably because of how anti immigrant the administration is. So for now EOIR is still open in Cleveland Ohio

Good morning everyone, I’m here to share my journey. I was granted February 24/2025. I when to my first infopass appointment on April 15 and got my passport stamped and I was told I could travel outside the country anytime I wanted. However since didn’t receive the green card I decided to wait until last week that risk it and travel to my home country with the stamped passport only. Although Uscis repeatedly told I could travel I hesitated to do it. They were right I got back home yesterday morning without any issues at all. Surprisingly, this morning I checked my Uscis account to find out my case has finally updated to reopen from fingerprint were taken since 2019. It say they have mailed a notification letter with tracking number which I haven’t received yet. I think I’m the only one who was granted in this group and never got the green card which I hope to get in a few. Please don’t lose hope sisters and brothers God will get all of us to happy end of our journey. God bless you all!!
