Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

All once the initial 30 days after the approval did you see any response from USCIS. Should I wait to call them? Approval notice was 12-11-24 and the 30 days was the 14th of January, no appeal received has been updated on the page but I have not heard from uscis.

Have you tried tracking your case using the uscis case tracker? Enter your receipt number. Some of the granted cases were able to check there and see that their cards were in production, mailed…

Hi everyone. So I got my passport stamped at my local uscis before my 30days were up. Today it is 30days since being granted & the eoir site is showing no appeal was received so I’m waiting for the notice that says my card will be printed. BUT I’m going to Mexico tomorrow!!!!!

I’ll be after you. Please keep us updated if u get any good news
Let's hope this keeps moving because looks like everything is moving slowly. I was hoping that Linco34 and marich was granted by now. Because I'm was verbal approval at the end of 2021 so maybe but that time all the fiscal year available visas will be gone and I have to wait for the next fiscal year.

No because it’s your right to get the stamp! I think the uscis guy called the DHS government representative listed on the grant letter to confirm no appeal since it was before the 30 days. I don’t know why the attorneys make it sound so bad- the 30day BIA period- it’s just for the government to make sure you didn’t commit a crime after your verbal approval that would cancel the judge’s decision, that’s it.

Congratulations!! Is your attorney said that the 30days BIA period is just for the government to make sure you didn't commit a crime after verbal approval? My verbal approval date is July 2022 and is stilling waiting to be granted, but the 30-day BIA period makes me nervous.
